Strategic Contract Management Workshop
Build in-depth command of contract management guidelines, practice and framework. Participants identify monitoring and evaluation approaches that hold compliance to quality and timeliness, assess the risks affecting contract performance, and resolve deviations before they escalate.

- Identify contracts monitoring and evaluation approaches to control compliance to quality, timeliness and efficiency of planned outcomes and solve deviation issues/ risks.
- Assess and manage risks affecting contracts performance and explore the relevant mitigation actions to the various types of contracts and suppliers risks.
- Recognize how to use contract terms and conditions to control and deal with non-performance.
- Determine when to terminate contracts and possible consequences of contract terminations.
