Linking HAZOP to LOPA and safety systems

Software demo (PHA-Pro/SPRING) for documentation

Practical:

Case Study: HAZOP + LOPA for a distillation column

Template: Risk matrix for prioritizing actions

 

Day 5: Real-World Implementation

Writing clear, actionable reports

Tracking recommendations to closure

Practical:

Final Assessment: Teams conduct a mini-HAZOP on a furnace system (graded)
